The task / discrepancy for which you want to record observations. |

Enter the following:
Description |
The details of the observations on the task / discrepancy. |
Rep. By |
The employee who recorded the observations. |
Date & Time |
The date on and time at which the employee reported the recorded observations. |
Enter the following in the “Part Disposition” section:
Findings Summary |
A rough idea of the results of the observations on the task / discrepancy. |
NFF? |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether any fault is found during inspection of the part. The system lists the values “Yes” and “No”.
