Confirming or Cancelling fleet - calendar mapping
This page allows you to confirm or cancel the fleet–to-calendar mapping. You can search for and select the reliability calendar, which are in the “ “Fresh” or “Confirmation Pending” status. You can specify the aircraft registration number, reliability calendar code, month from which it is valid , year from which it is valid, period of duration in months and the number of periods. The system retrieves the reliability calendars details.
You cannot launch this page, if any aircraft in the fleet is in “Frozen” status.
Select the “Confirm Calendar – Fleet Mapping” link at the bottom of the page to confirm the reliability calendar-to-fleet mapping.
The “Confirm Fleet - Calendar Mapping” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default |
The system displays the following field in the “Mapping Details” group box.
Reliability Calendar # |
The code identifying the reliability calendar selected for modification. |
Mapping status |
The status of the fleet-to-calendar mapping. |
Fleet # |
A unique number assigned to the fleet. |
Valid From Month – Year |
The year and month from which the reliability calendar starts. |
Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Aircraft List” multiline.
Aircraft Reg # |
A unique identifier for the aircraft group. |
Manufacturer # |
The number identifying the manufacturer. |
Aircraft Model # |
The model number of the aircraft. |
Manufacturer Serial # |
The serial number of the aircraft manufacturer. |
Variable Tab # |
The tab number of the aircraft. |
Nose # |
The nose number of the aircraft. |
Enter the following fields in the “Aircraft List” multiline:
Mapping Effective From Date |
The starting date of the mapping. |
Mapping Effective Till Date |
The ending date of the mapping. |
The system displays the following field in the “Aircraft List” multiline.
Status |
The status of the fleet-to-calendar mapping of the aircraft. |
Note: Ensure that atleast one aircraft exists in “Fresh” or “Associated” status.
Click the “Confirm Fleet Mapping” pushbutton to confirm the fleet mapping details.
Click the “Cancel Fleet Mapping” pushbutton to cancel the fleet mapping details.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “Edit Reliability Calendar Details” link at the bottom of the page to edit reliability calendar details.
Select the “Edit Fleet Mapping” link at the bottom of the page to edit the fleet mapping details.
Select the “Amend Mapping Details” link at the bottom of the page to amend the fleet mapping details
The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

The name of the user created the mapping |
Mapping Date |
The date on which the mapping was done |
Mapping Confirmed By |
The name of the user who confirmed the mapping |
Mapping Confirmation Date |
The date on which mapping was confirmed |

Click the “Confirm Fleet Mapping” pushbutton to confirm the fleet mapping details.
On confirming the fleet-calendar mapping, the system changes the status of the reliability calendar from fresh or pending confirmation to pending”.
Canceling the fleet-to-calendar mapping details
Click the “Cancel Fleet Mapping” pushbutton to cancel the fleet mapping details.
When you cancel the fleet-to-calendar mapping, the system changes the status of the reliability calendar from “ “Fresh” to “Canceled”.
