Modifying reliability calendar information

You can modify the details of the selected reliability calendar in this page. Details such as the reliability calendar description can be modified.
Select the “Edit Reliability Calendar” link at the bottom of the “Select Reliability Calendar” page.
The “Edit Reliability Calendar” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appear in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following field in the “Reliability Calendar Details” group box:

Reliability Calendar Code |
The reliability calendar code selected for modification. |
Enter the following to modify the calendar details:

Calendar Description |
The textual description of the reliability calendar (Alphanumeric, 150). Zoom facility available. |

Valid From Year |
The year from which the reliability calendar starts. |
|
Valid From Month |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the calendar month from which the reliability calendar starts. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default. |

Valid To Year |
The year in which the reliability calendar ends. |
|
Valid To Month |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the end month of the reliability calendar. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default. |

Number of Periods |
The number of divisions in the reliability calendar in terms of months. (Alphanumeric, 45). |

Period Duration (Months) |
The duration of a period in months. |

Remarks |
Comments pertaining to the reliability calendar. Zoom facility available. |
Click the “Get Period Details” pushbutton to display the period details.
The system displays the following details in the “Period Details” multiline:

Period # |
The number identifying the period. It starts with one and increments by one. |

Valid Form Month – Year |
The year and month from which the reliability calendar starts. |
|
Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |
Click the Edit Reliability Calendar” pushbutton to modify the details of the calendar.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The name of the user who created the reliability calendar. |

Created Date |
The date on which the reliability calendar was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The name of the user who modified the reliability calendar. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the last modification was done. |
