Attach/Detach Aircrafts with Fleet
You can map aircrafts or modify the details of the aircraft mapped. You can also modify the remarks pertaining to the reliability calendar details. The system updates the details of the aircraft model and sets the current server date as the last modified date.
Select the “Associate Aircrafts to Fleet” link at the bottom of the “Map/Unmap Reliability Fleet” page.
The “Attach/Detach Aircrafts with Fleet” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default |
The system displays the following fields in the “Calendar Details” group box.
Reliability Calendar Code |
The reliability calendar code selected for modification. |
Valid From Month – Year |
The year and month from which the reliability calendar starts. |
Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |
Number of Periods |
The number of divisions in the reliability calendar in terms of months. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Fleet Details” group box.
Fleet # |
A unique number assigned to the fleet. |
Mapping Status |
The status of the mapping. |
Fleet Description |
The description of the fleet. Zoom facility available. |
Remarks |
Comments pertaining to the fleet (Alphanumeric, 225). Zoom Facility Available. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the aircraft registration number for deletion.
Click the Delete icon in the toolbar above the multiline to delete the selected aircraft.
Enter the following field in the “Aircraft List” multiline:
Aircraft Reg # |
A unique identifier for the aircraft group (Alphanumeric, 20) Mandatory. This field can be a combination of characters and digits, and cannot be left blank. Ensure that the aircraft registration number exists in the organization unit. |

Manufacturer # |
The unique number identifying the manufacturer. |
Aircraft Model # |
The model number of the aircraft. |
Manufacturer Serial # |
The serial number of the aircraft manufacturer. |
Variable Tab # |
The tab number of the aircraft. |
Nose # |
The nose number of the aircraft. |
Enter the following field in the “Aircraft List” multiline:
Mapping Effective From Date |
The date from which the mapping is effective. Ensure that it is later than or equal to the current server date. |
Mapping Effective Till Date |
The date till which the mapping is effective. Ensure that this date is later than the “Mapping Effective From Date”. |
The system displays the following field in the “Aircraft List” multiline. | |
Status |
The status of the aircraft. |
Click the “Attach/Detach Aircrafts” pushbutton to associate the aircraft with fleet.
Notes: The aircraft mapping continuity is checked. And one aircraft cannot be mapped to more than one fleet at the same time.
