Amending reliability calendar details

This activity allows you to alter the fleet-to-calendar mapping details. The details of the reliability calendar can be altered in the “Amend Fleet – Calendar Mapping Details” page. You cannot launch this page, if any aircraft in the fleet is in “Frozen” status.

Select the “Amend Fleet Mapping Details” link at the bottom of the “Select Reliability Calendar” page.

The “Amend Fleet-Calendar Mapping Details” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Mapping Details” group box:

Reliability Calendar Code	A unique code identifying the reliability calendar.
Mapping Status	The status of mapping of the calendar and fleet.
Fleet #	A unique number assigned to the fleet.
Cal Valid From Mth – Year	The year and month from which the reliability calendar starts.
Cal Valid To Mth – Year	The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends.

Enter the following field in the “Aircraft List” multiline:

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number of the fleet, the mapping details of which are to altered (Alphanumeric, 30).
	Help facility available.

The system displays the following field in the “Aircraft List” multiline.

Manufacturer #	The number identifying the manufacturer.
Aircraft Model #	The model number of the aircraft.
Manufacturer Serial #	The serial number of the aircraft manufacturer.
Variable Tab #	The tab number of the aircraft.
Nose #	The nose number of the aircraft.

Enter the following field in the “Aircraft List” multiline:

Mapping Effective From Date	The starting date of the mapping. (Alphanumeric, 15). Mandatory.
Mapping Effective Till Date	The ending date of the mapping. (Alphanumeric, 15). Mandatory.

Note: The value in the “Mapping Effective Till Date” should be later than the “Mapping Effective From Date”. Also, the value in the “Mapping Effective From Date” should be later than or equal to the induction date of the aircraft in the "Aircraft Master” business component.

The “Mapping Effective Till Date” should not be advanced, and “Mapping Effective From Date” not postponed if the period in which these dates fall are closed. That is, the “Mapping Effective Till Date” should not changed from 15th April to 20th March and the “Mapping Effective From Date” should not be changed from 20th Jan to 1st Feb. For a closed period, the “Mapping Effective Till Date” can be postponed, but not advanced.

The system displays the following field in the “Aircraft List” multiline.

Status

The status of the aircraft.

Click the “Attach Aircrafts To Fleet” pushbutton to attach aircraft from the fleet.
Click the “Detach Aircrafts From Fleet” pushbutton to remove the aircraft form fleet.
Click the “Amend Fleet Mapping Details" pushbutton to alter the fleet mapping details.

Note: The value in the “Effective From Date” should be later than or equal to the “Valid From Date” of the reliability calendar to which the fleet is mapped. Comparison is made by taking the value of the “Valid From Month-Year” as the first date of the given month.
