In this page you can view the part maintenance program details. The part number itself identifies the part program. You can view the part maintenance program details such as the part program status, user-defined status, revision number and the remarks for creating or modifying the part maintenance program.

The “View Part Program Information” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Part Details” group box:

Part #

The number identifying the part for which the maintenance program details must be viewed.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Maintenance Process

The maintenance process of the part, which could be “Hard-Time”, “On-Condition” or “Condition Monitoring”.

ATA #

The ATA chapter to which the part belongs.

Replacement Type

The type of replacement, which can be “LRU” (Line Replacement Unit) or “SRU” (Shop Replacement Unit) as defined in the “Aircraft” business component.

The system displays the following in the “Program Details” group box:

Program Status

The status of the part maintenance program, which could be one of the following:

 
  • Fresh – When the part maintenance program is created

 
  • Authorized – When the part maintenance program is authorized in the “Authorize Part Program” activity

 
  • Revised – This indicates that a later revision number of the program exists in “Authorized” status.

User Status

The user-defined status of the part maintenance program.

Revision Count

The revision number of the part maintenance program.

Remarks

Additional remarks or comments pertaining to the modification of the part maintenance program.

The system displays the following in the “Part Removal Details” group box:

Parent Removal

The type of parent removal, which can be “Specific part”, “NHA”, “LRU-NHA”, “EIPN” or “Not Required”.

Specific Part #

The number identifying the parent part to be removed.

The system displays the following in the “Maintenance Details” multiline

Program Group

The program group under which the maintenance program for the part is classified.

Maintenance Type

The type of the maintenance activity to be performed on the part. The system displays “Overhaul”, “Repair”, “Inspection”, ”Others”, or "Retire", etc.

Work Unit #

The number identifying the task in the maintenance program to be performed on the part.

Program Item Type

The program item type of the task to be performed on the part of the maintenance program, such as Base, Block, Perpetual, As Required, Non-Block and To be Decided.

Default Exe. Priority

The default execution priority set for the task with reference to other tasks in the maintenance program planned for the part.

Initiated/Reset By

The method for ascertaining the NSV for the task, such as Self Compliance and Related Task Compliance.

Reset on Attachment?

Indicates whether to re-compute the Next Schedule Date / Next Schedule Value on attachment of the component to the aircraft. The system displays one of the following options:

  • Not Required – Indicates that NSD / NSV is computed based on Last Performed Date / Value.

  • First Attachment – Indicates that NSD / NSV is computed on first attachment of the component after the off-wing compliance of the task.

  • Every Attachment – Indicates that NSD / NSV is re-computed on every attachment of the component to the aircraft.

Parent Item #

The parent task associated with the work unit planned to be executed on the part.

This field id applicable only if the Program Item Type is “Block”.

Schedule Status

The schedule status of the work unit within the part maintenance program which could be “Active”, “Inactive” or "Terminated".

Maint. Operator #

The airline operator mapped to the work unit/task.

Execution Facility

Indicates the place where the work unit has to be performed. The system displays one of the following:

 
  • In-House – Indicates that the work unit has to be performed within the company.

 
  • Out-Source –Indicates that the component has to be given to a third party for performing the work unit

Work Center #

The number identifying the work center where the work unit has to be performed.

Time Unit

The unit of measurement of time, which could be “Minutes”, ”Hours” or “Days”.

Est. Duration

The time estimated for completing the task, standard procedure or work package.

Turn Around Time

The total time for which the component will be out of service, while it gets serviced.

On-Wing?

Indicates whether the work unit has to be performed on-wing or off-wing. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”.

Package Type

The type of package against the given task.

Ref. Document Type

The type of the reference document.

Ref Document #

The number identifying the reference document.

Ref. Document Details

The details of the reference document.

Reference EO #

The number identifying the engineering order.

Revision No

The revision number of the engineering order.

Expense Type

The expense type for the work unit that could be “Revenue” or “Capital”.

Comments

Additional remarks or comments pertaining to the inclusion of the work unit in the part maintenance program.

Work Unit Desc

The textual description of the task, standard procedure or work package.

Link Info

Indicates whether part, resource or schedule details are entered for the part maintenance program. The system displays one of the following:

   
 
  • P – If part details are available

 
  • R – If resource details are available

 
  • S – If schedule details have been entered

 
  • P/R – If part and resource details are available

 
  • P/S – If part and schedule details are entered

 
  • R/S – If resource and schedule details are entered

 
  • P/R/S – If part, resource and schedule details are entered.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The name of the user who created the part maintenance program.

Created Date

The date on which the part maintenance program was created.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the part maintenance program.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the part maintenance program was last modified.

Authorized By

The name of the user who authorized the part maintenance program.

Authorized Date

The date on which the maintenance program was authorized.

Source

The OU that is the source of the part maintenance program information.

Owner

The OU that is the owner of the part maintenance program information.
