This page allows you to view the details of skill type resources required for executing the work unit. You can select the work unit for which the resource details are to be viewed. You can view the resource details such as resource code, required duration and number of resources required. You can also view whether a sign off after the work unit has been performed is required or not.

The “View Resource Requirement – Skills” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Part Details” group box:

Part #

The number identifying the part for which the skill type resource requirement must be viewed.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Maintenance Process

The maintenance process of the part, which could be “Hard-Time”, “On-Condition” or “Condition Monitoring”.

Program Status

The status of the part maintenance program, which could be “Fresh” or “Authorized”.

Revision #

The revision number of the part maintenance program.

Work Unit #

Use the drop-down list box to select the work unit for which the skill type resource requirement must be viewed. The system lists all the work units in "Active" status that have been defined for the part maintenance program and prefixes them with “TSK”, “SP” or “WP” based on the type of the work unit.

The system displays the following when you click the “Get Details” pushbutton:

Work Unit Description

The textual description of the task, standard procedure or work package.

Maintenance Type

The type of the maintenance to be carried out which could be “Overhaul”, “Repair”, “Inspection”,   “Others” etc.

Work Center #

The number identifying the work center where the work unit has to be performed.

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center.

The system displays the following in the “Resource Details” multiline:

Resource #

The number identifying the resource required for completing the work unit.

Resource Description

The textual description of the resource.

Time Unit

The unit of measurement of the time during which resource is required, which could be “Hours”, “Days” or “Minutes”.

Reqd. Duration

The number of hours, minutes or days during which the resource is required to complete the work unit.

Required Number

The number of resources required for completing the work unit.

Sign off (Y/N)

Indicates whether the resource has to sign off after completing the execution of work unit. .

Resource Cost

The cost of the resource.
