Activate / Inactivate Bank/Cash Details – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to activate and inactivate a bank account number, bank code or a cash code. You can search and select the bank account number and bank code that you want to activate or inactivate. The system updates the status of the bank account number and bank code respectively. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the bank details. You can also activate / inactivate multiple bank account numbers.

This activity also allows you to search and select the cash code that you want to activate or inactivate. The system updates the status of the cash code respectively. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the bank details.

What you can do in this activity

You can activate or inactivate the Bank Account No.

• Go to “Select Bank” page.

•  Search for the bank reference and retireve the details.

• Activate the “Inactive” Bank Account “or inactivate the “Active” Bank Account.

The system updates the status of the bank to “Active” or “Inactive”.

Activate or inactivate bank codes belonging to the bank account

You can activate or inactivate the cash codes belonging to the bank account.

•  Go to “Activate/Inactivate Bank” page.

• Select the bank codes and activate or inactivate as per the requirements.

The system updates the status of the bank codes to “Active” or “Inactive”.
