The “Review Work Hold” tab page appears by default, on launch of the “Record Work Hold” page. In this section you can view details of work order, customer order and the associated tasks put on hold as well as those that are released.
Select the “Record Work Hold” activity in the “Work Monitoring and Control” business component.
The system displays the following fields:
Customer Order # |
The unique code identifying the customer order raised for performing a task. |
Exe. Order Type |
The type of the execution document which could be AME or SWO. |
Exec. Order # |
The number identifying the execution order. |
Seq # |
The sequence number of the task. |
Task # |
The unique code identifying the task. |
Task Description |
The brief description of the task. |
Hold Code |
The hold code associated to the hold. |
Hold Comments |
Any additional information pertaining to the hold. |
From Date & Time |
The date and time from which the task is put on hold. |
To Date & Time |
The date and time until which the task is put on hold. |
Duration |
The time period for which the hold has been delayed – delay duration. |
Time Unit |
The time duration / delay of the hold which could be in “Hours”, “Minutes” or “Days”. |
Release Comments |
Any additional information pertaining to the release of the hold. |
Delayed? |
Indicates whether the hold is delayed for releasing. This could be “Yes” or “No”. |
Response By |
The name of the login user who has given response for a particular hold on task. |
Response Date & Time |
The date and time at which the response is made for the hold. |
Response Comments |
Any additional information pertaining to the response. |
Hold Category |
The category of the hold code. |
Hold Type |
The type of hold which could be direct or derived. More.. |
Held Doc. Type |
The type of document through which indirect holds have been made which could be MR or SWO. |
Held Entity Type |
The entity type of the hold which is task. |
Held Entity # |
The number intensifying the entity which is the task number for which indirect hold has been put. |
Initiated By |
The code identifying the person responsible for initializing work hold. |
Released By |
The code identifying the person responsible for releasing the work hold. |
Customer # |
The unique code identifying the customer for whom the customer order is created. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |
Order Description |
The textual description of the customer order. |
Created Date & Time |
The date and time at which the record was created. |
Last Modified Date & Time |
The date and time at which the record was last modified. |
Job Type |
The job type of the work order which could be “Engine' , 'Component' , 'Piece Part' , 'Make' , 'Facility' , 'Project' or 'Miscellaneous' |
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the “Record Work Hold” tab page to record work hold details.
Select the “Release Work Hold” tab page to release work hold put previously. The system lists only those records for which you are authorized to release work hold.
