Periodicity based search criteria for help on task number

This tab allows you to enter the periodicity based search criteria for the task number.
Select the “Periodicity Search Criteria” tab in the main page.
Enter the following fields group box to search for a task. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Schedule Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the task has to be performed on a “One-Time” or “Recurring” basis. |

Special Frequency Notes |
Any additional remarks or notes pertaining to the periodicity to the task (Alphanumeric, 2000). |

Threshold (Days) |
Use the drop-down list box to select the condition for retrieving the task based on the threshold days specified in the field alongside. You can select any one of the options “<”, “>”, “=” or “Between”. The system sets this field to “<”, by default. If the value is set as “Between”, the system retrieves all the tasks whose threshold days lies between the values specified in the field alongside. Enter the threshold days within which the one-time task must be performed (Integer). The value entered in this field must be positive. |

Repeat Interval (Days) |
Use the drop-down list box to select the condition for retrieving the task based on the repeat interval value specified in the field alongside. You can select any one of the options “<”, “>” or “Between”. The system sets this field to “<”, by default. If the value is set as “Between”, the system retrieves all the tasks whose repeat interval lies between the values specified in the field alongside. Enter the interval at which the recurring task must be repeated (Integer). The values entered here must be positive. |

Threshold – FH |
Use the drop-down list box to select the condition for retrieving the task based on the threshold - FH value specified in the field alongside. You can select any one of the options “<”, “>”, “=”or “Between”. The system sets this field to “<”, by default. If the value is set as “Between”, the system retrieves all the tasks whose threshold – FH value lies between the values specified in the field alongside. Enter the threshold value in flying hours, within which the one-time task must be performed (Integer). The value entered in this field must be positive. |

Note: The values entered in the “Threshold (Days)”, Threshold – FH” and “Threshold – FC” isare applicable for the search, only if the “Schedule Type” is set as to “One-Time”.
The values entered in the “Repeat Interval (Days)”, “Repeat Interval – FH” and “Repeat Interval – FC” is are applicable for the search, only if the “Schedule Type” is set as to “Recurring”.
If the value selected in the “Threshold (Days)”, Threshold – FH”, “Threshold – FC”, “Repeat Interval (Days)”, “Repeat Interval – FH”, “Repeat Interval – FC” fields is “Between”, then ensure that values, entered in the corresponding fields provided alongside, are separated by either semi-colon or comma.
If the value selected in the “Threshold (Days)”, “Threshold – FH”, “Threshold – FC”, “Repeat Interval (Days)”, “Repeat Interval – FH”, “Repeat Interval – FC” fields is “<”, “>”, or “=”, then ensure that no special character is entered in the field provided alongside the corresponding fields.
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
