Edit Unplanned Issue – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to modify the details of the unplanned issue created in the “Create Unplanned Issue” activity.

View stock availability for requested part and the substitute part

Modify unplanned issue details

The unplanned issue details that are already defined can be modified. You can select the issue document and modify the details.

• Use the “Select Unplanned Issue” page to select the issue document for modifying the details.

• Go to “Edit Unplanned Issue” page to modify the issue document details.

Modify warehouse and part details

The warehouse and part details that are already defined for the issue document can be modified.

• Use the “Select Unplanned Issue” page to select the issue document.

• Go to “Storage Information” page to modify the warehouse (zone and bin) and the part details (serial controlled or lot controlled) for the unplanned issue.

View stock availability for requested part and the substitute part

You can view the stock balance details for the requested part and the substitute part.

• Use the “Select Unplanned Issue” page to select the issue document.

• Use the “Warehouse Stock Balance” page to view the stock balance details in the warehouse for the requested part and substitute part.
