It becomes vital for the Field Base Personnel to be alerted on the Parts that would be due for Maintenance or Shelf Life Expiry or Calibration (in case of Tools). The “Inv. Overdue & Alerts” tab alerts the user with the visibility of the inventoried parts that would be due for Maintenance or Shelf Life Expiry or Tools Calibration.

The system displays the Sub function wise Count in the “Sub Function” section.

All

The total count of Overdue and Alert.

Overdue

The total count of Overdue. 

Alert

The total count of Alert.

Tree Panel

Warehouse View

The number specifying the warehouse.

The tree section displays the break-down for the count displayed in the Overdue or Alerts button.

Part List Panel and Part Level Action links

The system displays the “Part List Panel & Part Level Action Links” section.

All

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of Overdue and Alerts. The system lists the values “Shelf Life Expiry”, “Tool Calibration”, “Maintenance Due” along with the value “All”.

 

Use the drop-down list box and select the value based on which the overdue and alerts should be retrieved. The system lists the values based on the option selected in the previous drop-down list box.

 

In the editable box provided alongside, enter the value corresponding to the item selected. Refer Table.

The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Part #

The number identifying the part. Click the hyperlinked Part # to retrieve the part details and storage details of the part.

Part Desc.

The textual description of the part.

Stock Status

The stock status of the part that is in overdue / Alert.

Qty

The number of units of the part that is in overdue / Alert.

FLG

The image specifying the flag of the part. (i.e. Maintenance Due, Shelf Life Expiry or Tool Calibration)

Due Days

The number of days that is left for overdue / Alert.

Warehouse #

The number identifying the warehouse that the login user has selected.

The “Action Links” displayed are the links to the application screens for the list of identified actions possible for the Part-Stock Status combination.

Part Detailed Panel and Detailed Level Action Links

The system displays the following fields in the “Part Details” section:

Part #

The number identifying the part.

Description

The textual description of the part. 

Part Type

The part type of the part.

(Warehouse #)

The image indicating the warehouse number.

Qty

The number of units of the part that is in overdue / Alert.

Due For

The number of days that is left for overdue / Alert.

The system displays the following fields in the “Storage Details” section on selecting the hyperlinked Part #:

Zone # / Bin #

The number specifying the Zone / Bin of the warehouse.

Qty

The number of units of the part. 

Serial # / Lot #

Click the hyperlinked serial # / Lot # to display the Part Serial Name Plate smart Pop-up which enables review of the part – Serial / lot reference details like CR History, Transaction History, and condition history details along with Tech Record Status of the part.

CND

The image specifying the condition of the part.

Exp. / Due Date

The date on which the part is overdue.

Fac. Obj. / Component

The identification number of the facility object # / component #.

Ownership

The ownership of the part.

The Action Links displayed are the links to the application screens for the list of identified actions possible for the Part-Serial # combination. The following links are displayed along with the next possible action links for the selected document:
