The “External Receiving” tab enlists the different External Receipts that needs to be acted upon (i.e) Goods Receipts or Repair Receipts or Customer GR or Loan Receipt or Rental Receipts under each Warehouse.

The system displays the Sub function wise Count in the “Sub Function” section.

All

The total count of External Receipts .

Goods Receipt

The total count of the Goods Receipt in External Receipt . 

Repair Receipt

The total count of Repair Receipts in External Receipts.

Customer GR

The total count of Customer Goods Receipts in External Receipts.

Loan Receipt

The total count of Loan Receipts in External Receipts.

Rental Receipt

The total count of Rental Receipts in External Receipts.

Tree Panel

Warehouse View

The number specifying the warehouse.

The tree section displays the break-down for the count displayed in the External Receiving button.

Document Status wise Tree Display - Warehouse View:

The possible child nodes under each of the parent nodes (Goods Receipt or Repair Receipt or Customer GR or Loan Receipt or Rental Receipt) are given below.

A        Orders - Due for Receipt:

B        Open Order – Not Due

C       Draft

D       To be Confirmed

Document Status wise Tree Display - Sub Nodes Logic:

Document List Panel

 The system displays the “Document List Panel” section.

All

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of External Receiving. The system lists the values “Orders – Due for Receipt”, “Open Order – Not Due”, “Draft”, “To be Confirmed “, “To be Inspected “, “To be Moved”, “To be Binned “, “Quarantined “ along with the value “All”.

 

Use the drop-down list box and select the value based on which the External Receiving functions should be retrieved. The system lists the values based on the option selected in the previous drop-down list box.

 

In the editable box provided alongside, enter the value corresponding to the item selected.

 

 

Closed

Check the check box to fetch the Closed or Short closed or cancelled documents of Purchase Order or Release Slip or Repair Order or Loan Order or Rental Order or Goods Receipt or Repair Receipt or Customer GR or Loan Receipt or Rental Receipt also.

Overdue

Check the check box to fetch only those Purchase Orders or Repair Orders or Loan orders or Rental Orders that are Overdue (i.e.) Due Date is earlier than the current server date.

 

The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Type

The type of the Receipt document.

Document #

The number specifying the Receipt document.

Date

The date of creation of the Receipt document .

Priority

The priority of the Receipt Document .

Due / Age

The number of days left for due in Receipt Documents.

Status

The status of the Receipt document.

A/C Reg #

The aircraft registration number of the Aircraft.

Reference Doc #

The number specifying the reference document of the Receipt Document.

Additional Info

The additional details of the Reference Document # corresponding to the Document # displayed in the Inventory Operations Hub.

This column displays the different additional details for various combinations of Tree Node and Ref. Doc Type (like Repair Agency for RO issue, To Warehouse # for STI, Customer Name etc.). Example.

Cancellation Remark

Any remarks pertaining to the cancellation of the receipt document.

Note: This field is mandatory if the process parameter “Mandate the “Cancellation Remark”?” under Category ‘Inventory Operations Hub’ in the “Set Inventory Process Parameters” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component is set as ‘1’.

The system displays the following fields in the “Doc. Details” section:

Document #

The number specifying the Receipt document.

Date

The date of creation of the Receipt Document . 

Status

The status of the Receipt document .

Type

The type of the Receipt document.

References

The number specifying the reference document of the Receipt Document.

Remarks

Any textual description.

The system displays the following fields in the “Part Details” multiline:

Part #

The number identifying the part. Click the hyperlinked part # to view the part Information.

FLG

The image specifying the flag of the part. (Hazmat, Shelf Life)

Part Desc.

The description of the part.

Qty

The number of units of the part specified in the Receipt document .

Stock Status

The stock status of the part.

Serial # / Lot #

Click the hyperlinked serial # / Lot # to display the Part Serial Name Plate smart Pop-up which enables review of the part – Serial / lot reference details like CR History, Transaction History, and condition history details along with Tech Record Status of the part.

CND

The image specifying the condition of the part.

PCT

The part controlled category which could be  for serial controlled part and  for lot controlled part.

Alloc. Rule Comp?

Indicates whether the allocated serial/lot # is complied with the Allocation Rules of the corresponding material request. The system displays “Green Indicator” if the allocation rule complies and “Orange Indicator” if not complied. On click of the icon, “Review Allocation Details” pop-up appears to view the actual values and compliance indicators against each rule parameter.

Next Action

The next action of the Receipt document.

Source Doc.

The number specifying the source document of the Receipt document.

This section comprises of the next possible action links for a given document based upon the Next Action displayed in the Next Action column of the Document Preview Panel. This section is populated along with the Document Preview Panel on click of the Document # in the Document List Panel.
