Using Online Help

This allows you to view the additional details like parameter details, parent component details, condition change details, compliance details, etc. You can also view the current location details of the component, and order execution details.

The system displays the following in the header:

Maint. Object #

The code identifying the maintenance object, which could be ‘aircraft/component/part#-serial#’.

The system displays the following in the “Parameter Details” multiline:

Parameter

The parameter associated to the aircraft/component/part#-serial#.

Since New

The present value of the parameter for the aircraft/component/part#-serial#.

Since Overhaul

The cumulative parameter value of the component since its last overhaul in the shop.

Since Repair

The cumulative parameter value of the component since its last repair in the shop.

Since Last Inspection

The cumulative parameter value of the component since its last inspection in the shop.

Since Last Shop Visit

The cumulative parameters of the aircraft or component since its last visit in the shop.

The system displays the following in the “Parent Assembly Details” multiline:

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft in which the component is attached.

Aircraft Model #

The model of the aircraft.

NHA Part #

The part number of the parent component on which the selected component is attached.

NHA Serial #

The serial number of the parent component on which the selected component is attached.

NHA Comp. #

The parent component on which the selected component is attached.

Attached On Date / Time

The latest attachment date / time of the component to NHA component / Aircraft Reg #.

Attached CR #

The latest attachment document # of the component to NHA component / Aircraft Reg #.

The system displays the following in the “Location Details” multiline:

Note: The location details are displayed based on whether component is attached to aircraft, or to next higher assembly, or if End Part Item (EPI) component is in “Removed” status or if component is available in warehouse.

Current Location

The location at which the component resides at the current point of time.

Location Details

A short description of the location where the component currently resides, such as “Attached”, “External Repair” or “Internal Repair”.

Exec. Doc. #

The execution document currently in-progress for the component.

The system displays the following in the “Condition Details” multiline:

Current Condition

The current condition of the component.

Condition Change Doc. #

The document number identifying the condition change.

Condition Change On Date / Time

The date / time at which the condition of the component is changed.

The system displays the following in the “Compliance Details” multiline:

Last Complied Task #

The latest complied task on the selected component # / Aircraft Reg #.

Complied Exe. Doc #

The document # with reference to which the latest task is complied.

Complied Date / Time

The compliance date / time of the latest complied task.

The system displays the following in the “Open Order Details” multiline:

SWO #

The code identifying the shop work order document in open status.

Work Center #

The work center of the latest complied / In-progress task.

Status

The status of the shop work order, which could be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Planned” or “In-Progress”.

Repair Order #

The code identifying the repair order for the selected component.

Repair Agency #

The repair agency identified in the repair order, for repairing the part.

Status

The status of the repair order, which could be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Confirmed”, “Quoted”, “Released”, “Shipped”, “Under Authorization”, “Acknowledged”, “Authorized” or “Amended”.

A/C Maint. Exe. Ref. #

The aircraft maintenance execution reference document number. The earliest AME document in open status is displayed here.

Work Center #

The work center associated to the Aircraft Maintenance Execution Ref. #.

Status

The status of the AME document which could be “Fresh”, “Planned” or “In-Progress”.
