View Leave Plan
This activity allows the HR user or employee’s supervisor to view the leave plan details of the employee. Based on the search criteria entered, the employee details like employee code, employee name, work location, gradeset, grade, job, start date, end date, start session, end session, number of days of leave planned, return date and leave type will be displayed in the multiline for the selected months.
Select the “View Leave Plan” activity under the “Leave Administration” business component.
The “View Leave Plan” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Leave Planning Unit |
The system displays the leave planning unit name in the combo on launch of the page. |
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following field details in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Work Location |
From the drop-down list box, select the work location code and description. The combo is loaded with the list of work location code and description. |
Department |
The name of the department to which the employee belongs. |
Job |
The title of the job pertaining to the employee. |
Gradeset |
The gradeset to which the employee belongs. |
Grade |
The grade to which the employee belongs. |
Leave From |
The date from which the employee is planned to avail leave. |
Leave To |
The date until which the employee is planned to avail leave. |
Employee Code From |
From the drop-down list, select the code and description of the employee from which the leave plan details are to be retrieved. |
Employee Code To |
From the drop-down list, select the code and description of the employee until which the leave plan details are to be retrieved. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value. If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values. If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are applicable to the selected leave planning unit.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:
Employee Code |
The code identifying the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Work Location |
The work location of the employee. |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
Job |
The title of the job pertaining to the employee. |
Gradeset |
The gradeset to which the employee belongs. |
Grade |
The grade to which the employee belongs. |
Start Date |
The start date of the leave planned. |
End Date |
The end date of the leave planned. |
Start Session |
The session from which the employee is planned to avail leave. |
End Session |
The session until which the employee is planned to avail leave. |
No. of Units |
The number of units of leave is planned. |
Last Return Date |
The date on which the employee planned to resume back to work. |
Leave Type |
The type of leave to be availed by the employee. |
Note: The system displays the leave application status under the different leave dates.
