The Regularize Leave page appears.

The system displays the following.

Date format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Leave Administration Unit

The name of the leave administration unit selected in the previous page.

Employee

The unique employee code and name of the employee who has applied for leave

Application Status

The status of the leave application. The system displays the status as authorized.

Leave Type

The type of leave specific to the leave application. For example, leave can be privilege leave, casual leave or sick leave .

Balance Units in Days

The balance of leave units that the employee can avail for the leave type, in days.

This field is displayed if the leave type is maintained in days.

Balance Units in Hours

The balance of leave units that the employee can avail for the leave type, in hours. 

This field is displayed if the leave type is maintained in hours.

Request Date

The date on which the request for leave has been made.  The request format is user-defined.

Leave From

The date from which the employee has applied for leave.  For example, if the employee has applied for leave from 5th of August 2002, this date is displayed.  

Leave To

The date until which the employee has applied for leave.  For example, if the employee has applied for leave until 10th of August 2002, this date is displayed.  

From Time

The time from which the employee has applied for leave.  For example, if the employee wants to avail leave on 8th August 2002, from 11 a.m., this time is displayed. 

To Time

The time until which the employee has applied for leave.  For example, if the employee wants to avail leave on 8th August 2002, until 2 p.m. this time is displayed. 

From Session

The session from which the employee has applied for leave.  For example, the session can be morning, evening or night.

The session will depend on the shifts that have been scheduled for the employee who is going on leave.

To Session

The session until which the employee has applied for leave.

Date of Holiday Worked

The holiday date on which the employee has worked.

Authorized Units

The total number of leave units that are authorized by the supervisor.

Expected Date of Return

The date on which the employee is expected to be back from leave.

Leave Reason

The reason for which the leave has been applied. 

Application No.

The unique number that identifies the leave application.

This number is generated in the Apply Leave activity when the leave application of the employee is submitted.  

Regularized Leave Units

The total number of leave units that require to be regularized. 

These refer to the authorized leave units that are being regularized due to the shift or time management discrepancies.

Covering Employee

The employee code of the employee who will take over the responsibilities of the employee who has applied for leave. 

Regularization Date

The date on which the employees leave is being regularized.

Regularization Reason

The reason for regularizing the leave of the employee.

Expected date of return

This date is specified in the Apply Leave activity, when the request for the leave is first created. If the expected date of return was not specified, the system automatically generates the expected date of return from the leave from and to date that has been specified.

For example, if the employee has requested for leave from 5thAugust 2002 to 10thAugust 2002, the system will automatically generate 11thAugust 2002 as the expected date of return.
