Job Change Request – A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can create, edit, delete or authorize a Job Change Request (JCR).
A JCR is recorded to initiate changes in jobs under a department/division. These changes include:
Changing attributes of a job
Creating a new job
Replacing existing job with a new job
Deleting a job
Job Attributes: You can define the grade, the reporting to structure and the date from which the changes will become effective for a new job or an existing job that has undergone change . The same attributes can be changed for an existing job. Details of the candidate identified for the job can also be recorded.
Supporting Documents: You can upload documents related to the job changes such as organization chart, salary proposal and job profile to the system and view them when required. These documents can be in a variety of formats including Word, Excel and PDF.
