Through this activity, you can Authorize or reject COBRA Acceptance of an employee. The employee must have recorded COBRA Acceptance plan in the “Record COBRA Acceptance“ activity of Benefits Employee Self service component. By authorizing, you indicate that the COBRA acceptance details are verified and the employee is enrolled for COBRA acceptance. By rejecting, you indicate that the employee is not permitted to enroll in the COBRA acceptance plan as specified by the employee in the “Record COBRA Acceptance” activity.
