Amend Journey Log – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to amend details of an approved or confirmed journey log. The details such as the station where the leg of the journey starts and category of the journey log can be modified. The parameters of the leg, duration of the flight and the parameter value for the part based on its position code can be updated on approving the amendment. Once the confirmed journey log details are amended, the system generates the amendment number for the journey log.
The ”Select Journey Log for Amendment” page allows you to specify the search criteria and select the journey log to be amended. The details of the journey log that are in the ”Approved” or “Under Amendment” status can be amended in the “Amend Journey Log” page.

What you can do in this activity
You can amend the details of the journey log that are in the “Confirmed” status. You can also amend the journey log details, which was already amended and approved in the “Approve Amended Journey Log” activity.
Use the “Select Journey Log ” page to select the journey log for which the details are to be amended.
