Setting user permissions for benefit program

From the “Benefit Security Def. Unit” drop-down list box, select the organization unit for which you want to set permissions for a program. The drop-down list box displays list of all the programs for which you have permissions to set the user permissions. Tell me more
All the programs applicable with the Benefit Security Def. Unit are listed in the “Program“ drop-down list box.
Select the desired program from the drop down list box. If there is only one value, this value is displayed. The list of all the users who have been given user permissions for the program will get displayed.
If user permissions are being set for the selected program for the first time, the multiline will be blank. Otherwise, the following fields are displayed in the multiline.

User Name	The user name. You can also select the “User Name” from the Help provided Help available
Role	The role of the user. You can also select from the “User Name” Help provided.
From Date	The date from which the user has permissions to access the selected program
To Date	The date until which the user has permissions to access the component.

Enter or edit these fields
Use Help, if required, to select the user for whom permission is being set. The role of the user can also be selected through Help.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the data entered.

To delete user permissions from the database

Select the user whose permissions are to be deleted by clicking it in the “Select” column corresponding to the record.
Select the Delete icon in the toolbar above the multiline.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.

To Proceed

Select the "Set User-Role Based Program Permissions" link at the bottom of the page to set user role based program permission.
