Editing Provider Information - A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can modify or delete the details of a benefit provider record.
To modify or delete a benefit provider record, you must specify the search criteria, based on which the system will fetch the benefit provider records.
What you can modify
You can modify the following details.
A unique short description of the provider.
The location details of the provider such as the address, phone number and fax number.
Details of various plans that the provider offers.
Details of the person to be contacted for the specified provider.
Deleting a record: Apart from modifying the record, you can also delete provider information records.
Editing or deleting a provider information record requires you to first select the provider in the “Select Provider to Edit Details” page. After the record is selected, you are to enter the “Edit Provider Information” page to carry out the necessary changes.
