Editing a Family Coverage Category - A summary of the activity

Creating a family coverage category: Through this activity, you can modify all the details of an existing family coverage category. Family Coverage indicates the number of members of the family who can be covered.  You can define a coverage category by specifying the type of relationships that will be covered. You are to specify the maximum number of dependents or relationships that can be covered.

To modify or delete a family coverage category record, you are to specify the search criteria, based on which the system will fetch the family coverage category records.

What you can modify

You can edit any or all the following details of a family coverage record.

• The short and a long description of family coverage category record.

• The different relationships and their maximum number that can be covered in the coverage category.

Deleting the family coverage Record: Apart from modifications, you can also delete the family coverage records from the database.

Editing or deleting a family coverage category requires you to first select the family coverage category in the “Select Family Coverage Category” page. After the record is selected, you are to enter the “Edit Family Coverage Category” page to carry out the necessary changes.
