Creating a Benefit Association - A summary of the activity

Creating a benefit association: Through this activity, you can group employees on a certain common criteria and create a benefit association. You can create these associations on the basis of grade set, grade, job, place of work, union employment unit etc. Creating a benefit association requires you to specify

• Unique code to identify the benefit association, accompanied by a short and a long description.

• The basis on which the benefit association is created.

• The applicable codes of the benefit association basis.

Rule: you can enter the rule that defines the benefit association.

Specifying Applicability to Organization Units: Specifying Applicability to Organization Units: Subsequently, you are to specify the organization units for which the bargaining agreement will be applicable. You can define whether the benefit association will be applicable for

• The login organization unit

• All organization units

• Selective organization units. If you choose this option, you are to enter a separate page and choose the required organization units individually.
