Creating a family coverage category: Through this activity, you can create different family coverage categories. Family Coverage indicates the number of members of the family who can be covered under a benefit plan.  You can define a coverage category by specifying the type of relationships that will be covered. You are to specify the maximum number of dependents that can be covered. Creating a family coverage category involves specifying

• Unique code to identify the family coverage category, accompanied by a short and a long description.

• The different relationships that can be covered.

• The maximum dependents for each relationship who can be covered if any.

Specifying Applicability to Organization Units: Subsequently, you are to specify the organization units for which the bargaining agreement will be applicable. You can define whether the coverage category will be applicable for

• The login organization unit

• All organization units

Selective organization units: If you choose this option, you are to enter a separate page and choose the required organization units individually.
