Specifying rules and regulations
Select the “Rules And Regulations” link at the bottom of the page.
The “Rules And Regulations” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date format |
The date format of the login user. |
Benefit Definitions Unit |
The benefits definitions unit selected in the previous page. |
Plan |
The code and description of the plan. |
To specify terms and conditions for a plan
Specify the various rules and regulations that will affect the plan.
Classifications |
From the drop-down list box select the rules and regulations that will govern the plan. The drop-down list box will display list of all the rules and regulations defined in the quick codes component of HR general Masters. |
Details |
Enter the particulars for the selected rule or regulations. |
Select the “Save ” pushbutton to save the details entered.
