Enter or select the following

FSA Type |
From the drop-down list box select the FSA type for which details are to be specified. Select the “Health Care” option to indicate that the individual health care details are to be recorded. Select the “Dependent Care” to specify dependent care details. By default the drop-down list box will display with blank. If details are entered, the system will display the latest specified value. |

Rule |
The rule that determines the contributions for the selected FSA type. |
Specify the following details in the multiline for the selected FSA type. Note that you can specify the details only if the rule has not been defined.

Benefit year Code |
The code of the benefit year for which contributions are made. |
|
Minimum Amount |
The minimum amount that can be contributed for the corresponding benefit year. |
|
Maximum Amount |
The maximum amount that can be contributed for the corresponding benefit year. |
|
Default Amount |
The amount that the system will take for auto enrollment. Note that you must enter this field only if the plan it can be auto enrolled. |
