Defining time fence parameters tab

This tab allows you to set time fence parameters against the combination of Job Type, Station and Work Center.
Note: You can define the Time Fence parameters against the combination of Job Type, Station and Work Center, only if the parameter ‘Restrict Modifications to schedule with default time fence at’ is set either ‘1-Order level’ or ‘2-Task level’.
Select the “Time Fence Setup” tab in the “Set Process Parameters” page.
The multiline displays the following.
Time Fence Parameters |
The time fence parameter for which you intend to set the value. |
Permitted Values |
The set of valid values for the parameter. Click on the topic "Time Fence Parameters table" to know more on time fence parameters and their permitted values. |
Enter the following in the multiline.
Selected Value |
The value set for the parameter from among the permitted values. |
The multiline displays the following.
Error Message |
The system-generated message that elaborates on the error committed by the user on save of the record. |
Updated By |
The login user who most recently updated the record. |
Updated Date |
The date on which the login user most recently updated the record. |
Click the "Save" pushbutton to save the time fence parameter details.
To Proceed
Select the “Scheduling Parameters” tab.
Select the “Initial Prioritization Setup” tab.
Select the “Optimization Objectives Setup” tab.
