Trade Compliance Hub

Trade Compliance Hub retrieves and displays the Export Held Orders for the Parts. Orders which need Export Authorization, Export Licenses and Trade Compliance Data related to the Part will be displayed in the hub.

Select the “Trade Compliance Hub” activity under the “Trade Compliance Management” business component.

The “Trade Compliance Hub” Information “page appears.

Select the icon to define preferences and filter criteria based on the set of configurable parameters to manage data retrieval in the Trade Compliance Hub screen.

Tiles display

Select the icon to view the On Hold order documents under tiles and retrieve the corresponding part details in the multiline.

The system displays the following tiles based on the details updated against the part along with the count of the order documents.

Pend. Exp. Auth

Displays the count of On Orders that are held due to non-availability of Export Authorization. Retrieval of orders for Pend. Exp. Auth. is performed for the following Order Documents:

If the Part # and Ref. Doc # does not have the Export Authorization #.
If the Part # and Ref. Doc # combination does have the Export authorization # and the Status of the Export Authorization is in Fresh Status.

Pend. Exp. License

Displays the count of On Hold Orders due to non-availability of Export License. Retrieval of orders for Pend. Exp. License is performed for the following Order Documents:

If the Quantity mentioned in the Orders has more Quantity than the Balance Quantity (Only if the Order UOM and Authorized Qty UOM are same).
If the Order UOM and Authorized UOM varies for the Ref. Doc (No UOM Conversion Available)
If the Order UOM and Authorized UOM varies for the Ref. Doc., but the conversion available for the UOM, the system converts the Quantities based on the defined Conversion and then checks the Balance Qty. If the Balance Qty is lesser than the Order Qty, then that Orders are retrieved under this Tile.
If the Order Value mentioned in the Orders has higher Value than the Balance Value (Only if the Order UOM and Authorized Qty UOM are same).
If the Order Value and Authorized Value varies for the Ref.Doc. the conversion available for the UOM, the system converts the Values based on the defined UOM Conversion and then checks the Balance Value. If the Balance Value is lesser than the Order Value, then that Orders are retrieved under this Tile.
Licenses that are expired and the Orders with no Balance Qty/Value will also be displayed.

Pend. Trd. Comp. Data

Displays the count of On Hold Orders, if the Parts mentioned in the Orders does not have Trade Compliance details in the “Maintain Trade Compliance Information”.

Search/Advanced Search

Select the icon to retrieve the Trade Compliance details of the parts in the multiline based on the entered search criteria.

Search By

License # - The number identifying the external license of the part.

Part # - The number identifying the part in the On Hold document.

Part Description – The description of the part.

Mfr. Part # - The manufacturer number of the part.

Mfr. # - The number identifying the manufacturer of the part.

Mfr. Country – The manufacturer country of the part.

Strip Part # - The strip number of the part.

Select the following checkbox:

Held Orders

Select the checkbox to retrieve the Parts which are restricted with the Restriction Codes "Stock Restriction Code" as defined in the “Manage Part and Trade Restrictions” screen.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the trade compliance details based on the entered criteria.
Click the “Advanced Search” link to perform advanced search to retrieve the orders.

Multiline details

The system displays the following fields in the multiline based on tile click or search:

Export Auth.	Icon displaying the Status of the Reference Document #. Red Icon - If the Part Trade Attributes is not available for the Part # in the Respective Ref. Doc #. Pink Icon - If the External License details are not available for the Part # in the Respective Ref. Doc #. Yellow Icon - If the Export Authorization details are not available for the Part # in the Ref. Doc #. Green Icon - If the Export Authorization details are available for the Part # in the Ref. Doc #.
Ref. Doc #	The number identifying the reference document which is held.
Ref. Doc. Type	The type of the reference document.
Export Auth. #	The Export Authorization # which is already generated for the Part # - Doc. Line # Combination.
Export Auth. Status	The status of the Export Authorization #.
Part #	The number identifying the part in the On Hold document.
Part Description	The description of the part.
ITAR Restriction?	Indicates whether the part is ITAR restricted or not. The system displays the "Check Mark" if ITAR Restriction for the part is ‘Yes’ and " Cross Mark" if ITAR Restriction for the part is ‘No’ in Maintain Trade Compliance Information screen.
Line #	The number identifying the line of the reference document.
Doc. Qty	The required quantity which is mentioned for the Part in the Respective Order #.
Doc. UOM	The UOM details of the part from the Ref.Doc #. If the UOM details not available in the Order, the system displays the Stock UOM for the Part #.
External License #	The number identifying the external license of the part.
Export From Country	The country from which the part is exported.
Export To country	The country to which the part is exported.
Authorize Qty	The quantity of parts that are authorized under External License.
Balance Qty	The Balance quantity of parts which can be exported against the Defined External License.
License UOM	The UOM of the parts that can be exported against the Defined External License.
Valid To	The ending date in the range of dates upto which the Export Authorization is valid.
Ship To Address ID	The Address ID where the part is to be exported.
Ship To Address	The Ship To Address of the part to be exported.
Shipping Note Exists	Indicates whether the shipping Note exists for the Held Orders which could be ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.
Comp. Code Type	The type of the trade compliance code of the part specified in the reference document defined for the part # in Maintain Trade Compliance Information screen.
Comp. Ref #	The number identifying the compliance reference of the part specified in the reference document defined for the part # in Maintain Trade Compliance Information screen.
Last Pur. Cost	The last purchase cost of the Part in the Reference Document for which the Trade compliance information is defined.
Last Sale Cost	The last Sale cost of the Part in the Reference Document for which the Trade compliance information is defined.
Last Rep. Cost	The last Repair cost of the Part in the Reference Document for which the Trade compliance information is defined.
Last Comm. Inv. Value	The last Commercial Invoice Value of the Part in the Reference Document for which the Trade compliance information is defined.
Trading Partner Type	The trading partner type of the part in reference document.
Trading Partner #	The number identifying the trading partner of the part in reference document.
Trading Partner Name	The trading partner name of the part in reference document.
Restriction Code	The restriction code of the part in reference document defined in the “Set Inventory Process Parameters” screen.
Restriction Remarks	The remarks pertaining to the restriction of the part.
Chat	Click the chat icon to navigate to the collaborate screen.
