Export Auth. Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the Export Authorization. The system lists the values “Active”, “Fresh” along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

The number identifying the external license of the part.

License Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the license. The system lists all the values defined under the Quick Code Type 'License Type' in the “Create Quick Codes” screen in “Part Administration” business component, along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default

Valid From

The starting date in the range of dates from which the External license is valid.

Valid To

The ending date in the range of dates up to which the External license is valid.

Part #

The number identifying the part in the On Hold document.

Strip Part #

The strip part number of the part #.

Part Description

The description of the part.

Part Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the part based on which the Trade Compliance details are to be retrieved. The system lists all the standard Part Type values along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Part Category

Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the part that is to be retrieved. The system lists all the quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type 'Part Category' in the “Create Quick Code” screen of the current business component, along with a blank value.

Part Group

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part group that is to be retrieved. The system lists all the Part Groups defined in the “Create Part/Service Groups” screen of the current business component along with a blank value

Mfr. Part #

The manufacturer number of the part.

Mfr. #

The number identifying the manufacturer of the part.

Mfr. Country

Use the drop-down list box to specify the manufacturer country of the part. The system lists all the Quick Codes defined in the “Create Quick Codes” screen of the “Common Master” business component along with a blank value.

Comp. Code Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the trade compliance code. The system lists all the quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type 'Comp. Code Type' in the “Create Quick Code” screen of the current business component along with a blank value.

ITAR Restriction?

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the part is ITAR Restricted. The system lists the values “Yes”, “No” along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

User Defined-1

Use the drop-down list box to specify the user defined value. The system lists all the values defined under the Quick Code Type 'User Defined -1 (Export Authorization)' in the “Create Quick Code” screen in the current business component, along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

User Defined-2

Use the drop-down list box to specify the user defined value. The system lists all the values defined under the Quick Code Type 'User Defined -2 (Export Authorization)' in the “Create Quick Code” screen in the current business component, along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Held Orders

Select the checkbox to retrieve the Parts which are restricted with the Restriction Codes “Stock Restriction code" as defined in the “Manage Part and Trade Restrictions” screen.
