Set Options for task – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to customize vital tasks in the “Maintenance Task” business component. You can also modify your preferences anytime to suit changing scenarios

You can specify the following with regard to execution documents, such as “A/C Maint. Exe. Ref #”, “Component Work Order”, “Hangar Work Order”, “Central Discrepancy Processing”, “Line Planning & Control” or any other specific document.

• Allow/disallow creation of non-standard tasks and if allowed, the numbering type applicable to them

• Allow/disallow multiple model effectivity for standard tasks, standard procedures and non-standard tasks

• Allow/disallow specific resource groups to perform sign-off of sub-tasks under non-standard tasks and standard procedures

The system updates the details and stores the name of the currently logged in user.
