Cancel / Edit Purchase Request – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to cancel or modify the purchase request. You can modify or cancel only those purchase requests, which are in “Draft”, “Fresh” or ”Stage” status. The “Select Purchase Request” page allows you to select the purchase request for modification. You can also cancel the PR in this page. The “Edit Purchase Request” page allows you to modify the selected purchase request. The “Schedule Information” page allows you to modify the schedule information for the parts for which the delivery type is set as “Multiple”.

Cancel the purchase request

You can cancel the purchase request that is already created. You can search for the purchase request using the filter criteria. The system displays the purchase request that match the search criteria. You can select the purchase request from the multiline and cancel it.

• Use the “Select Purchase Request” page, to select and cancel purchase requests.

Modify the purchase request details

• Use the “Edit Purchase Request” page, to modify all the details pertaining to the purchase request.

Modify the schedule details for the purchase request

You can modify the schedule information for the part for which the delivery type is set as “Multiple”, in the purchase request. The requested quantity of the part can be distributed into many schedules or batches. The system generates a sequential number for each schedule.

• Use the “Edit Schedule Information” page, to modify all the schedules information for the parts in the purchase request.

Modify the quality attribute for the part

You can modify the quantitative and qualitative attribute values for the part.

• Use the “Edit Quality Attribute” page, to modify the quality attribute for the parts.

Modify the user-defined details

You can modify the user-defined details of the purchase request.
