MRP Run Review - Slot Wise Summary tab

Slot Wise Summary tab

This multiline displays Part#, Part Description and Slot Wise Summary of Demand Information, Supply Information, MRP Action and Net Requirements for the Parts in each slot. Total Number of slots will be derived based on ‘Aggregation Horizon’ and ‘Aggregation Horizon UOM’ option setting in “MRP Process Parameters” screen.

The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Part #	The number identifying the part.
Part Description	The description of the part.

The system displays the following fields in the “Slot” section of the multiline:

Plan Dem.	The count of demands from Material Plan for the slot. On click of the hyperlink, “Demand Information” popup appears.
Firm Dem.	The count of demands from Material Request for the slot. On click of the hyperlink, “Demand Information” popup appears.
Total Dem.	The sum of planned and firm demand for the slot. On click of the hyperlink, “Demand Information” popup appears.
Supplies	The total count of supplies from various supply types for the considered slot. On click of the hyperlink, “Supply Information” popup appears.
Net Req.	The pending Demands for which Supplies are not found in Demand-Supply matching for the considered slot.
To be Plan. Orders	Actions to be taken for deficit parts based on Part Sourcing Type for the considered slot.
MRP Action	Actions generated automatically for deficit parts such as Purchase Order, Repair Order during Demand-Supply Matching for the considered slot. On click of the hyperlink, “Review Demand Supply Coverage” popup appears.

To proceed carry out the following:

Select the “Horizon Summary” tab view the Demand Information, Supply Information, MRP Action and Net Requirements for the Parts that are in the Planning Horizon of the Last Run.
