This multiline displays Part#, Part Description, Demand Information, Supply Information, Action Information and Net Requirements for the Parts that are in the Planning Horizon of the Last Run.
The system displays the following fields in the multiline:
Part # |
The number identifying the part. Click the hyperlinked Part # to retrieve the MRP details of the part in the “MRP Run Details” section. |
Part Description |
The description of the part. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Demand Information” section of the multiline:
Firm |
The count of demands from Material Request that are in the Planning Horizon of the Last Run. On click of the hyperlink, “Demand Information” popup appears. |
Planned |
The count of demands from Material Plan that are in the Planning Horizon of the Last Run. On click of the hyperlink, “Demand Information” popup appears. |
Total |
The sum of planned and firm demand that are in the Planning Horizon of the Last Run. On click of the hyperlink, “Demand Information” popup appears. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Supply Information” section of the multiline:
Stock Qty |
The count of supplies available in the stock. On click of the hyperlink, “Supply Information” popup appears. |
Receipt |
The count of supplies received through receipts. On click of the hyperlink, “Supply Information” popup appears. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Action Information” section of the multiline:
Make WO |
The creation of work order for deficit parts during Demand-Supply Matching. On click of the hyperlink, “Review Demand Supply Coverage” popup appears. |
SWO/RO |
The creation of Shop Work Order/Repair Order for deficit parts during Demand-Supply Matching. On click of the hyperlink, “Review Demand Supply Coverage” popup appears. |
PR/PO |
The creation of Purchase Request/Purchase Order for deficit parts during Demand-Supply Matching. On click of the hyperlink, “Review Demand Supply Coverage” popup appears. |
The system displays the following field in the multiline:
Net Requirements |
The count of Pending Demands for which Supplies are not found in Demand-Supply matching. |
To proceed carry out the following:
Select the “Slot Wise Summary” tab to view the Slot Wise Summary of Demand Information, Supply Information, MRP Action and Net Requirements for the Parts in each slot.
