The “Flight Operations Hub” page appears.

View Option

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of documents you want to view. The drop-down list box displays the following: Flight Request, Flight Quote and Trip Plan.

  • Select Trip Plan, to retrieve and work with trip plans.
  • Select Flight Request, to retrieve and work with both flight requests and trip plans.

Enter the trip plan #/flight request # in the input field provided alongside.

The various tiles and the documents that they retrieve is explained in the table next.

To create Trip plan / Flight request

Create

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of documents you want to view. The drop-down list box displays the following: Flight Request, Flight Quote and Trip Plan.

  • Select Trip Plan, to create trip plan. On selecting the option, the “Manage Trip Plan” page appears.
  • Select Flight Request, to create flight requests. On selecting the option, the “Manage Flight Request” page appears.

Working in Status section

This section retrieves / displays breakup of records based on the status of trip plans / flight requests as you click the requisite tile in the Trip Plan / Request Details multiline. This section displays the tiles and functions as explained in the “To view Tiles” section.

Working in Search section

This section retrieves / displays breakup of records based on the filters you specify for Search Criteria and Advanced Search.

View Option

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of documents you want to retrieve. The drop-down list box displays Flight Request, Flight Quote and Trip Plan.

Customer #

To retrieve records associated with specific customer, specify the customer #.

Help facility available

Doc. Status

To retrieve documents in specific status, select the status from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays statuses applicable to the document selected in the View Option drop-down list box. For example, if you have selected Trip Plan, the statuses applicable for Trip Plan will only be displayed in the drop-down list box.

Date From/To

The retrieve documents created in specific period, provide the start and end dates of the period.  

Field Base

To retrieve documents associated with specific station, select the station from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays the Active stations defined in the system.

View Option

To retrieve specific type of documents, select the document type from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays Flight Request and Trip Plan.

Customer #

To retrieve documents associated with specific customer, enter customer #.

Help facility available

Flight Service Type

To retrieve documents associated with specific flight service type, select the flight service type from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays the following.

Flight Ops. Type

To retrieve documents associated with specific flight operations type, select the flight operations type from the drop-down list box.

Assign. Type

To retrieve documents associated with specific assignment type, select the assignment type from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays

Quote Type

To retrieve documents with specific quote type, select the quote type from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays 

Contract #

To retrieve documents bound by specific contract #, enter the contract #.

Aircraft Reg. #

To retrieve documents involving specific aircraft, enter aircraft registration #.

Doc. Status

To retrieve documents in specific status, select the status from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays

Field Base

To retrieve documents assigned to specific station, select the station from the drop-down list box.

Date From/To

To retrieve documents created during specific period, enter start and end dates of the period.

Retrieval and processing of Trip plans

The “Trip Plan Details” multiline displays the following details of the retrieved trip plans based on the user-specified search filters.

Trip Plan #

The trip plan retrieved by the search.

Click the data hyperlink to access the “Manage Trip Plan” activity.

Status

The status of the trip plan, such as Draft, Fresh and Confirmed.

Trip Actuals Status

The status of the trip actuals, such as Pending or Completed.

Collab.

Click the   icon to navigate to the “Collaborate” page.

Customer

The customer that requested the flight/trip.

Flight Service Type

The flight service type of the trip.

Aircraft Reg. #

The aircraft assigned to the trip.

Aircraft Model #

The model of the aircraft assigned to the trip.

A/C Assign.

The aircraft assignment status of the trip, such as Assigned or Pending.

Crew Assign.

The crew assignment status of the trip, such as Assigned or Pending.

Pax Info.

Select the data hyperlink to view the passenger details for the trip. The “Manage Passenger Info.” page appears.

Cargo Info.

Select the data hyperlink to view the cargo details for the trip. The “Manage Cargo Details” page appears.

Equip Info.

Select the data hyperlink to view the equipment details for the trip. The “Manage Equipment Details” page appears.

Flight Plan #

The flight plan generated against the trip plan.

Flight Plan Status

The status of the flight plan generated against the trip plan, such as Accepted and Rejected.

Journey Details

Additional details of the trip / flight journey.

Duration (Hrs.)

The duration of the trip / flight journey in hours.

Duration (In Decimals)

The decimal part of the duration of the trip / flight journey in hours.

From Date & Time

The date and time of commencement of the trip/ flight journey.

To Date & Time

The date and time end date and time at which the trip/ flight journey concluded.

Assign. Type

The assignment type of the trip.

Attach

The count of documents attached to the trip plan.

View Docs.

Click the data hyperlink to view the documents uploaded against the trip plan.

Flight Ops. Type

The flight operations type of the trip.

Field Base

The station allocated to the aircraft assigned to the trip.

Approval Remarks

The remarks provided by the authorizer of the trip plan.

Plan Release Date & Time

The date on which the trip plan was routed to the EFBC system.

Usage Type

The usage type of the trip/flight journey.

Contract Ref.

The customer contract covering the trip plan.

Call Sign

The call sign of the customer/trip plan.

Flight Quote

The flight quote for the flight request associated with the trip plan.

Trip Description

The description of the trip plan.

Customer Request #

The flight request from the customer for the trip.

Request Date

The date on which the flight request from the customer was created.

Customer Ref.

The customer who requested the flight/trip.

Retrieval and processing of Flight requests

The “Request Details” multiline displays the following.

Request #/Rev. #

The flight request # and the revision # from the customer based on which trip plan was created.

Line #

The line # from the flight request based on which trip plan was created.

Status

The status of the flight request, such as Approved or Fresh.

Attach

Select the data hyperlink to upload documents attached to the flight request. The “Upload Documents” page appears.

View Docs.

Select the data hyperlink to view documents attached to the flight request. The “Delete/View Associated Doc. Attachments” page appears.

Customer

The customer that requested for the trip plan.

Req. A/C Model #

The model of the aircraft requested for the trip.

Qty.

The 

Req. Aircraft Reg. #

The aircraft requested for the trip.

Flight Service Type

The flight service type requested for the trip.

Journey Details

Additional information on the flight journey undertaken by the trip.

From Date & Time

The date & time of the commencement of the trip / journey.

To Date & Time

The date & time of the end of the trip / journey.

Duration (Hrs.)

The duration of the trip / journey in hours.

Duration (In Decimal)

The decimal part of the duration of the trip / journey.

Time Zone

The time zone of the flight request

Assign. Type

The assignment type of the trip / flight request.

Trip Plan #

The trip plan for the flight request for the trip.

Flight Quote

The flight quote for the flight request for the trip..

Field Base

The field base of the flight request for the trip

Request Date

The date of the flight request for the trip.

Request for

The request for trip.

Request Category

The user-defined category of the flight request.

Cust. Type

The customer type for the flight request

Call Sign

The call sign of the customer who requested for the flight.

Contract Ref.

The contract # binding on the customer flight request. 

No. of Pax

Cargo Info.
