Set Authorization Rules – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to set the authorization rules for multiple authorization committees at a time. Setting authorization rule involves specifying the engineering document type and the source document type combination for the authorization committee. You can select a combination of engineering document type and source document type, and associate multiple authorization committees to the combination.

The “Select Authorization Rules” page allows you to select the engineering document type and source document type combination for associating authorization committees to it. You can also copy the authorization rules that are already defined for a particular engineering document and source document combination. In the “Set Authorization Rules” page, you can set the authorization rules by associating multiple authorization committees to the selected document type combination.
