Viewing part effectivity details for change request

In this page, you can view the parts for which the change request is applicable. The system displays the part details such as the part number and the part description.

Select the “View MCM Part Effectivity” link at the bottom of the “View MCM Information” page.

The “View Mod. Committee Meeting Part Effectivity” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “MCM Details” group box:

MCM #	The number identifying the modification committee meeting.
MCM Status	The status assigned to the change request document, by the MCM.
Change Request #	The change request number for which the part effectivity details are displayed.
Revision #	The revision number of the change request if any.
Change Doc Type	The document type of the change request

The system displays the following fields in the “Part Details” multiline:

Part #	The part number for which the change request is applicable
Part Description	The textual description of the part.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the part for viewing the serial number effectivity details.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View MCM Serial No Effectivity” link at the bottom of the page, to view the serial numbers of the part for which the change request is applicable.
