Close engineering document – A summary of the activity

Using this activity, you can close engineering documents that are in the “Released” status.

Engineering documents will be analyzed for the compliance details, reported through the associated work orders. If no further action is pending on the engineering document, the engineering document will be closed. The closing of the engineering document is a mechanism through which the compliance of a particular document can be identified. Once the engineering document is closed, it cannot be referred for creation of any other engineering document.

Close Engineering Document

You can close a engineering document that is already released.
