Edit Work Scope – A summary of the activity
This activity allows you to modify the work scope details that have already been defined. You can select the work scope to be modified in the “Select Work Scope” page. You can modify the selected work scope in the “Edit Work Scope” page. You can modify the work unit details and the execution unit details for the work scope in this activity.

What you can do in this activity
You can modify the details of the work scope that is already defined. You can select a work scope and modify the details.
Use the “Select Work Scope” page to select the work scope.
Go to “Create Work Scope” page to create the work scope.
This page helps you to close a work scope in the “Released” status. The component work orders associated to the work scope to be closed, should not be in the “Open” status.
The system sets the status of the work scope to “Closed”.
This page helps you cancel a work scope in the "Fresh" status. You can cancel only the work scope that is not associated with any component work order in the "Authorized" status. If the selected work scope is the source document for fresh component work order, ensure that no material has been requested or issued against the component work order.
The system sets the status of the work scope as "Canceled".
