Set Work Order Generation Options – A summary of the activity
This activity allows you to set default options for the work order generation. You can also modify the options that are already defined.
You can specify whether the work order must be created for every task or for a group of tasks. The system performs the following based on the criteria selected:
If “Create Work Order” field is set as “For Each Task”, one work order is generated for each task included in the visit package.
If “Create Work Order” field is set as “For Group of Task”, the work order is generated based on the option selected in the “Task Grouping Options” field.
If “ATA Wise” box is checked, one work order is created for the work units having similar ATA number.
If “DSC wise” box is checked, one work order is created for the work units having similar DSC number
If “Related Task wise” is checked, one work order is created for work units having same related parent task, including the parent task.
If “Execution Phase wise” box is checked, one work order is created for the work units having similar execution phase.
If “Work Area wise” box is checked, one work order is created for the work units associated to similar work area.
If “Skill wise” box is checked, one work order is created for the work units having similar skill requirements.
If “Zone wise” box is checked, one work order is created for the work units having similar zone number
If “Task Group wise” box is checked, one work order is created for the work units having similar task groups.
If “Task Type Wise” box is checked, one work order is created for the work units having similar task types.
If “Eng. Doc. wise” box is checked, one work order is created for the work units having similar engineering document reference.
The system updates the details and stores the name of the currently logged in user.
