Set Options in Visit Package – A summary of the activity
This activity allows you to set default criteria for the various fields in the activities of the “Visit Package” business component. You can also modify the options that are already defined. You can set the following options in this activity:
Specify whether the approval is required for the visit package
Specify the numbering type that has to be used to generate the ‘scheduled’ visit package number in the “Central Planning” business component.
Specify whether the work center associated to the organization unit or the primary work center specified for the visit package must be listed in the “Work Center” drop-down list box.
Enable automatic generation of material request for the parts required in the visit package.
Specify the status in which the work order must be generated.
The system updates the details and sets the “Last Modified By” and “Last Modified Date” to the name of the currently logged in user and current server date respectively.
