This activity allows you to create and maintain customer account groups for one or more customers. You can create customer account groups based on the business requirements. You can also modify an existing customer account group.

In this activity, you can add or modify customer account groups. You can also associate a customer with the customer account group.

• Use the “Maintain Customer Account Group” page to add or modify a customer account group. You can inactivate a customer account group, preventing it from future reference. You can also activate an account group, which is in the inactive status.

• Use the “Associate Customers” page to associate a customer with a customer account group.
