The “View Program Information” page appears.

Maint. Item

Use the first drop-down list box to select the maintenance object associated with the maintenance program. Mandatory. The drop-down list displays the following: "Aircraft Reg #", "Part # / Serial #", "Component #", "Aircraft Model #", "Attached Aircraft Reg #" and, "Attached Component #".

Enter the name of the maintenance object in the adjacent field. However, when you select "Part # / Serial #" in the first drop-down list box, you must enter the part # and serial # in the second and third fields.

Program. Rev #

Use the drop-down list box to select the revision of the maintenance program, the details of which you want to view. If you select

  •  “Latest”, the search retrieves program details of the latest revision of the maintenance program.

  • "Specific”, and specify the revision of the maintenance program in the adjacent field, the search retrieves program details of the specified revision.

By default, this filter is set to “Latest”.

Display Option

Use the drop-down list box to select the display option. The system lists the options “Pending Initialization Tasks”, All Tasks” and “Active Tasks”. By default, the system displays “All Tasks”.

  • “All Tasks” – Select this option, to retrieve all the tasks from maintenance program of the maintenance object.

  • “Active Tasks” – Select this option, to retrieve due tasks from the maintenance program of the maintenance object. (The system retrieves tasks with Schedule Status as “Active” from the maintenance program.)

  • “Pending Initialization Tasks”, Select this option, to retrieve tasks for which the Next Schedule Date or Next Schedule Value is not available in the maintenance program of the maintenance object.

Status

The status of tasks that you want to retrieve from the maintenance program, such as Active, Fresh, Inactive, Return, Cancelled or Confirmed.

The search retrieves tasks from the maintenance program with the status that you select in the drop-down list box. For example, select “Fresh” status to view all new tasks that are not yet Active from the maintenance program. However, when you select “Cancelled”, the system retrieve all tasks from all cancelled maintenance programs.

By default, this field is set to “Active”.

The “Program Task Details” multiline displays the following.

Aircraft Reg#

The aircraft for which you want to view maintenance program information.

Part #

The part # for which you want to view maintenance program information.

Serial #

The serial # of the part for which you want to view maintenance program information.

Task #

The task from the maintenance program of the aircraft/part/component.

Select the  pushbutton to view more details of this task.

Parameter

The parameter for the task, such as FH or FC, if the task is usage-based task.

Time Unit

The unit of time for the task, such as days or hours, if the task is a date-based task.

Threshold Value

The parameter value at which the task must be performed for the very first time on the aircraft/part/component.

Interval

The interval for the next instance of the task.

Last Pfd. Date

The last performed date / time of the task, if the task is a date-based task.

Last Pfd. Value

The last performed value of the task, if the task is usage-based task.

Next Sch. Date

The date / time at which the task must be repeated, if the task is a date-based task.

Net Sch. Value

The parameter value at which the task must be repeated, if the task is usage-based task.

Current Value

The current parameter value for the aircraft/part/component.

Rem. Value

The parameter value/time to be elapsed before the next instance of the task.

Prog. Item Type

The program item type of the task, such as Block or Base.

Initiated/ Reset By

The basis on which the next instance of the task is initiated or scheduled, such as Self Compliance or Related Task Compliance.

Schedule Type

The schedule type of the task, such as One-Time or Recurring.

Task Description

The name/short description of the task.

Eng. Doc

The engineering document reference of the task.

Eng. Doc Rev#

The revision # of the engineering document reference of the task.

Maint. Prog #

The maintenance program for the model/aircraft/part/component that comprises the task.

Prog Rev #

The revision # of the maintenance program for the model/aircraft/part/component that comprises the task.

A/C Model #

The model of the aircraft.

Position Code

The position code of the part/component in the model/aircraft.

Position Schedule?

Indicates whether position-based maintenance schedule is defined for the part/component.

Terminating Interval

The parameter duration at which the execution of the task must be stopped, if the task is a date-based task.

Terminating Value

The parameter value at which the task must be stopped, if the task is usage-based task.
