Viewing program modification log

In this page, you can view the program modification log. You can retrieve the entire program modification history of a part, component, model or aircraft and look for specific changes, such as schedule change, schedule status change or new tasks. You can know the user who modified the maintenance program and the date and the time of modification as well.
Select the “View Program Modification log” link at the bottom of the “View Program Information” page.
The “View Program Modification Log” page appears.
Select any or all of the following to identify the maintenance object and the kind of change you want to view.

Maint. Item |
Use the first drop-down list box to select the maintenance object associated with the maintenance program. Mandatory. The drop-down list displays the following: "Aircraft Model #”, Aircraft Reg #", "Part # / Serial #", "Component #", "Attached Aircraft Reg #", "Attached Component #" and “Task #”. Enter the name of the maintenance object in the adjacent field. However, when you select "Part # / Serial #" in the first drop-down list box, you must enter the part # and serial # in the second and third fields. |

Entity Changed |
Use the drop-down list box to indicate the kind of change you want to view from the maintenance program of the maintenance object. The drop-down list box displays “Task Added”, “Schedule Modification” and “Schedule Status Change”. |

Display Option |
Use the drop-down list box to select the display option for data retrieved by the search. The drop-down list box displays “All Modifications” and “Last Modifications”. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The “Program Log Details” multiline displays the following.

Maint. Program/Rev# |
The maintenance program and revision #. |
|
Maint. Obj |
The maintenance object such as A/C maintenance program, Model maintenance program, Component maintenance program or Part maintenance program. |

Task #/Desc |
The number and description of the task from the maintenance program. |
|
Entity Changed |
The entity that has changed, such as task, schedule or schedule status. |
|
Modification Details |
Details of changes made to the task, schedule or schedule status in the maintenance program. |
|
Record Statistics |
User who modified the maintenance program, date on and time at which the maintenance program was modified |
|
Comments |
Comments on modification made by the user. |
