Select the “Set/Change PIN” link under the “Smart Card Interface” business component.
The “Set/Change PIN” page appears.
The page displays the following:
Employee # |
The employee ID and name of the login user. |
Enter the following field:
Login Password |
The login password of the login user. Note: 1) You must specify either Login Password or Old PIN. 2) Login Password that you specify here must be identical to the password that you specify for logging into Ramco Aviation; meaning it must be valid for the user name of the employee #. |
Alternatively, you can specify the following.
New PIN |
The new PIN for the employee. Mandatory. Note: The PIN you specify must be a numeric value. Further, the length of the PIN must be equal to the number defined for No. of digits for PIN in the “Configure Dual Authentication” activity. |
Confirm New PIN |
The new PIN for the employee. Note: You must enter identical PIN in both New PIN and Confirm New PIN fields. Mandatory. |
The page displays the following:
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Enter the following field:
Old PIN |
The current PIN of the employee. Note: You must specify either Old PIN or Login Password. |
Click the “Save” pushbutton to save Pin and password details.
The system locks the user account of the employee once the number of invalid entries (as defined in the Configure Dual Authentication activity) is reached.
