Smart Card Interface - An overview

This activity enables you to set/reset PIN of an employee in the organization.

Defining PIN for an employee facilitates granting of dual or second-level authentication to the employee. This would be in addition to the valid Login User and Password combination credentials essential for logging into Ramco Aviation.

Dual or second-level authentication is granted to specific employees for execution of certain crucial tasks, such as

Users with Inactive or locked user accounts are suggested to access the Administer Dual Authentication activity to reset PIN and then visit the Set/Change PIN.
