Edit Receipt – A summary of the activity
This activity allows you to search and select a receipt for modifying its details. Receipt details can be modified if it is in the “Draft”, “Fresh” or “Returned” status. You can also authorize a receipt after modifying its details. The status of the receipt is updated as “Authorized” thereafter and posted in the selected finance book. You can view the posting details of the receipt in the “Accounting Information” page. You can also view the details of the receipt if an electronic payment has been received.
You can also delete the selected receipt. This activity also allows you to delete multiple receipts at the same time. The status of the receipt is updated to “Deleted”. These receipts can not be used any longer.

What you can do in this activity
Add new debit documents to the existing list
Receipts that are in the “Draft” or “Fresh” status can be deleted if they are not required. These receipts can no longer be used. You have a facility to delete multiple receipts at a time.
Go to the “Select Receipt” page
Search and retrieve the necessary information
Delete the marked receipts.
Receipts are modified if it is in the “Draft”, “Fresh” or “Returned” status. Modification is usually done due to lack of information. During the modification process you can authorize the receipt so that it can be posted in the corresponding books of accounts.
Go to “Edit Receipt” page.
Modify the necessary information.
Add new debit documents to the existing list
While modifying the details of the receipt you can also add new debit documents against which the receipt amount can be adjusted. You can select the new debit documents retrieved after a search. Receipt amounts can be entered accordingly.
Go to “Edit Receipt” page.
Search using the “Document Reference” group box.
