Edit Distribution Setup – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to modify the distribution number details. You can also delete the distribution number, which are in “Fresh” status. You can modify the accounting information of the distribution number.

The system updates the status of the distribution number to “Canceled” on deleting. The system updates the login ID of the user to the last modified by and the system date to the last modified date.

The distribution number in “Fresh” status can be deleted in bulk.

•  Go to “Select Distribution Setup” page.

•  Retrieve all the “Fresh” distribution number and delete it.

The system updates the status of the distribution number to “Canceled”.

Modify the accounting information

The accounting information like account code and its relevant details can be modified for the distribution number.

•  Go to “Edit Distribution No. Set Up” page.

•  Modify the necessary information.
