What you can do in this activity

Through this activity, you can authorize or reject the tax declarations recorded by the employee in the “Employee Tax Declarations” activity.

You must enter the tax type, tax year and the period for which you require to authorize the employee tax declarations. Upon entering the key details, the system retrieves the records based on the search criteria from the “Employee Tax Declarations” activity. These records will be of the status “Pending for Authorization”. You can edit the details, if required and authorize or reject the tax declaration.

There is a provision to authorize or reject the tax declarations of multiple employees in the “Select Employee to Authorize Declarations” page. Alternatively, you can select the employee and individually authorize or reject the employee tax declaration in the “Authorize Employee Tax Declarations” page.
