From Date

Enter the start date of a date range.

By default, the system displays the date of the Monday of the current week.

 A week comprises of Monday thru Sunday. On a system date of 29th April during a week starting 28th April and ending 4th May, the system displays 28th April 2003 in the “From Date” field. 

If “From Date“ is left blank, overtime claims from the 1st of the month until the “To Date“ are displayed.

To Date

Enter the end date of a date range.

By default, the system displays the date of the current week’s Sunday.

If system date is 29th April, Monday to Sunday week is 28th April to 4th May. Hence To Date   should be defaulted to 04th May 2003.

If the “To Date” is left blank, the system displays all the overtime claims from the “From Date” until the system date or the last day of the month, whichever is later.

Project

Short description of the project or department.

Note: Specify all the fields in the search criteria group box to retrieve the precise overtime records.

Employee Code

The code of the employee.

Employee Name

 The name of the employee.

Date

Date within the date range.

Day

The day of the week, such as Monday or Tuesday pertaining to the date

Day type

The day type, based on the employee schedule fetched from Time Management. For example working day, rest day, off day, public holiday, etc.

Project

The drop-down list box displays short descriptions of the projects or departments assigned to the employee.

Stage

The drop down list box displays all the stages of the selected project.

Time From

Overtime start-time.

Time To

Overtime end-time.

Hours

The overtime hours.

Break Time

Hours taken off work during the overtime period.

Callback Duty

A checked box indicates that a callback has occurred and vice versa.

OT 1.0x

Rate at which the entitled overtime hours is computed, when the day type is public holiday.

OT 1.5x

Rate at which the entitled overtime hours is computed, when the day type is working day or off day.

OT 2.0x

Rate at which the entitled overtime hours is computed, when the day type is rest day.

Reasons for Overtime

Causes warranting the overtime.

Authorized overtime

The hours of overtime.

The hours specified by the authorizer can be more than or less than the hours recorded by the administrator.

The “Hours” field is updated with the value entered in this field.

Authorizer’s Remarks

Remarks.

This field becomes mandatory if you have modified the “Authorized Overtime” field.

OT 1.0x

Sum of the overtime hours entitled at 1.0x rate for records in the multiline.

OT 1.5x

Sum of the overtime hours entitled at 1.5x rate for records in the multiline.

OT 2.0x
