Generating Course Cost Summary Report ( Budget Vs Actuals)
Select the “Course Cost Summary Report (Budget Vs Actuals)” link
under the “Training Reports” business component.
The “Course Cost Summary Report (Budget Vs Actuals)” page appears.
The system displays the following field.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following:
Reporting Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the reporting unit for which you require to generate the report. |
To specify report criteria
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:
Employment Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the employment unit of the employee. |
Training Calendar |
From the drop-down list box, select the training calendar for which you require to generate the report. |
Training Area/Internal Classification |
From the drop-down list box, select the Training Area or Internal Classification of the course for which you require to generate the report. |
Month |
From the drop-down list box, select the month for which you require to generate the report. |
Year |
The year for which you require to generate the report. |
Department Code |
The unique code of the department for which you require to generate the report. |

The description of the department for which you require to generate the report. |
To specify the display criteria
Enter the following in the “Display Criteria” group box:
Date Display Format |
From the drop down list box, select the required type of date format for display in the report.

To generate the course cost summary report(Budget vs Actual).
Select the “Cost Summary Report” pushbutton to generate the course
cost summary report(Budget vs Actuals).
